1. Overview

The FTC Fix, operated by More Leads Online, LLC, provides compliance support services, including vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and documentation creation. Due to the nature of our digital and consultation-based services, we have specific refund policies outlined below.

2. Vulnerability Scans ($ 99 and $ 495 Packages)

Refund Eligibility: Vulnerability Scans are non-refundable once the scan has been initiated. If a Scan is not Completed: If for any reason we are unable to complete your scan within the promised timeframe (72 hours after onboarding), you are eligible for a full refund. Client Responsibility: Any incorrect information provided that prevents the scan from being completed does not qualify for a refund.

3. Annual Compliance Package ($ 1,495)

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if onboarding has not yet begun. Partial Refunds: If onboarding has begun but the vulnerability scan or documentation creation has not, a 50% refund is available. Non-Refundable After Start: Once the full compliance process begins, the package is non-refundable due to the digital and consultative nature of the service.

4. Quarterly Compliance Program ($ 749/ Quarter)

Refund Eligibility: The Quarterly Compliance Program is non-refundable after the first scan has been conducted each quarter. Early Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the current quarter’s payment is non-refundable. Data and Documentation Access: Upon cancellation, your documentation remains accessible for 30 days.
