Welcome to The FTC Fix ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://theftcfix.com), purchasing our services, or engaging with our content, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Services Provided

The FTC Fix offers compliance consulting and resources to help businesses meet their obligations under the FTC Safeguards Rule. We do not guarantee complete compliance or immunity from regulatory enforcement. We provide advisory services, templates, and training materials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services.

3. Payment Terms

Solopreneur Plan: $497 setup + $97/month

Growing Plan: $995 setup + $297/month

Scaling Plan: $1,995 setup + $997/month

All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Prices subject to change.

We offer multiple secure payment options, including ACH (bank transfer) and credit card. A 3.5% processing surcharge applies to credit card transactions. This fee reflects the actual cost charged to More Leads Online, LLC by its payment processor and is not a markup or profit.

No surcharge applies to ACH payments. Customers may choose their preferred method at checkout.

This fee will be clearly disclosed before payment and will appear on your receipt or invoice when applicable.

4. User Responsibilities

Following any recommendations or action plans we offer

Ensuring your team completes any assigned training or documentation

5. No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcome

We help you understand and act on FTC compliance requirements, but we do not represent or guarantee any regulatory outcome or legal protection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, and materials are our proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. You will be notified of material changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
